Judy Rulli, President, entered the timeshare industry in 1978. In addition to extensive sales and marketing experience, she has served as General Manager of Scottsdale Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, AZ and Regional Account Executive for Resort Condominiums International.  In both roles, she was called upon to educate owners, resort managers, sales associates and marketing personnel on all aspects of ownership and exchange programs.

She has also played significant roles in managing and marketing large resorts and master-planned communities including McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, named one of the top five master-planned communities in the country by the National Association of Home Builders.

She established SmartChoice™ Timeshare Resales to offer the benefits of her knowledge and experience to owners making decisions related to buying and selling timeshares.  Passionate about the need for consumer education to enhance the ownership experience and reduce unethical practices that are commonplace in the industry, she has founded the Timeshare Consumer Council.  A non-profit corporation, the Timeshare Consumer Council offers educational programs through Scottsdale Community College and on a regular basis at the SmartChoice office, for new and long-term owners who need help understanding how to use or exchange their timeshares and provide factual information about resale and acquisition schemes to avoid.  Click here for more information.

Peggy (Coopersmith) Holmes, Director of Sales & Marketing, has been an integral part of the time share industry since 1987.  Her industry experience includes working closely with over 100 resorts in the Southwest as well as with exchange companies, developers, management companies, homeowner associations and hundreds of individual owners.

Her 7 years with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) as a Regional Account Executive brings a wealth of insider knowledge about resorts and exchange opportunities.  Additionally, her experience in resort sales and marketing, owner education, and as an executive for International Cruise & Excursions (I.C.E.), provides an extra measure of insight unmatched in the resale industry.
